Why I can't select device in the new Responsive Design Mode?
After a very recent update to both Firefox and Firefox Dev I can no longer select device or add one? Why ???

There was a problem with uploading the image, but here it is !
You only get the new design where you can select a device when multi-process windows is enabled and working.
You can check that in "Help -> Troubleshooting Information".
In the Firefox 54 DE version you may have to check the browser.tabs.remote.autostart on the about:config page.
