youtube videos does not play in HD quality
Using windows 10 with latest firefox version 45.0.1(64 bit) don't use any add-ons, but only flash player latest version plug in, youtube videos don't play in HD quality(sometimes it plays if the video is lucky) and after playing video mouse cursor does not not disappear automatically in full screen mode having this issue from long time, that's why i have to use other browser for playing youtube videos please fix this issue i love MOZILLA and FIREFOX THANKS IN ADVANCE! solutions tried 1. clearing browser cache and temporary files.
2. refreshing firefox.

After checking youtube html5 page MSE& webm vp9 is disabled, then i checked if there is driver update available for display driver(not available) then i disabled hardware acceleration and restarted the browser and now Youtube videos started playing in HD quality and youtube html page is showing MSE& webm vp9 is enabled. Thanks for help!

YouTube uses the HTML5 media player and not the Flash plugin in current Firefox versions.
You can check that via the right-click context menu in the player area. The Flash player always shows the Flash version that is used. You can open the YouTube test page via "About the HTML5 player".
Are all features available and enabled?
You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
You can check if there is an update for your graphics display driver and check for hardware acceleration related issues.
