Hi
This does not look like an issue with Firefox, but I will try my best to help.
You messages suggests that your internet service provider is possibly preventing you from using Facebook and (possibly) other social network services. I recommend that you contact your internet service provider for assistance.
I also notices that you are using an older version of Firefox. I strongly recommend that you update to make sure that you not only have the most recent security and stability fixes, but also new features. You can read more about how to update here.
Are you trying to load Facebook from a company controlled internet connection?
FortiGate Hostname: MNL50-UA-FW01 = FortiGate makes enterprise firewalls with content filtering
yes i am quite aware that this is because i am using a controlled internet connection.. i did try some work-around with mozilla to get through. (which worked at first) changed network connection setting (proxies).. it'll be great if you will be able to help me out.
oh and btw my firefox is up to date.
Thanks!
It's not our role to help you violate company policies. Considering using a mobile device on a mobile network for FB and other unapproved sites. Assuming that isn't also banned. Or find a different job.

Forum software suggests you are using Firefox 43.0.3 (See system details middle right) That is not the latest version of Firefox. We would expect you to be on Fx44, with an update next week to Fx45.
