I've tried a number of the fixes recommended and neither my computer or my smartphone are allowing me to open email. Keep getting above message. Was on email last night and all was fine. This morning, nothing works.

Does anyone know of a chat line or phone for Mozilla? It's very bad that there is no live help. I've been trying to fix this for two hours. It's a weekend, if this happened on a work day, I'd be in big trouble.

We got in touch with Jumpline, which hosts our email and they were able to help us through it via email. We posted a description of our problem last night and had a response that worked 12 hours later. They came up with a much more complicated password and that seems to work. If I try to change it to a simpler password, there are the same issues. I'm not sure what it all means other than perhaps they've made password complexity more of a priority. I'm still working this issue out and if I learn more will share it.

I appreciate the person who responded to this. The world of non-human tech support and email chats, is really difficult for us older folks.
