Once all of the above have Been Done and it still crashes or Plugins STOP what then?
It even crashes when I am in my gmail! Now "E" doesn't work either, it keeps flashing on and off! This is ridiculous! I never had all these issues until I downloaded and started using Firefox. I needed it because the Mary Kay Cosmetics site only works with it, but now I have all kinds of issues!

Hi Debbie, can you post a reply with some crash IDs? The Get Help... section of this article describes how to open about:crashes to find those: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/firefox-crashes-troubleshoot-prevent....
When did you install Firefox? Did you install it from mozilla.org? (There are some impostors and custom versions out there, unfortunately.)
If you have problems in multiple browsers, new software or configuratoin changes are a possibility. You may want to run some supplemental security scans. These three tools are highly regarded (and free):
- Malwarebytes Anti-malware : http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free
- SUPERAntiSpyware : http://www.superantispyware.com/
- AdwCleaner : http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/ (ignore banner ads for other products)
If your Firefox issues seem related to pages that use Flash media --
(1) I notice from your system information that you have the RealDownloader program (http://www.real.com/realdownloader). Make sure you have updated to one of the more recent versions to avoid conflicts with the Flash player.
(2) Try disabling hardware graphics acceleration in Firefox and in Flash
(A) In Firefox, un-check the box here and restart:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced > General > "Use hardware acceleration when available"
Then restart Firefox.
(B) In Flash, see this support article from Adobe: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html#main_Solve_video_playback_issues
(3) If necessary, try disabling protected mode (Win Vista/7/8)
See this support article from Adobe under the heading "Last Resort": Adobe Forums: How do I troubleshoot Flash Player's protected mode for Firefox?
