Hello,

Firefox crashes for me on start-up, both in normal and safe-mode.

Crash IDs are:

This is caused by websense endpoint. They have released an update (they say it can be downloaded at http://fileshare.websense.com/default.asp?t=418478434532&p=1139) to fix this issue.

I have the same basic issue, the only work around I have found is running Firefox with admin privileges. I have had no crashes or failures to open, although I don't necessarily feel comfortable running that way but it does give an indication of my problem.

Since you have trouble in Safe mode as well, you should try Resetting Mozilla Firefox. That might work. Or, update to version 22.0 See if that does the trick. Here a guide to help you with all Four Methods to fix Mozilla Firefox Crashes
