My firefox didn't show some pages normally like facebook and the firefox add-ons pages from Tools>Add-ons>Get Add-ons. The page shows only linked text, no graphic whatsoever and firefox keep asking me about certificate exception for every site I visited.

I tried reinstalling java 7 update 7 repeatedly but no luck, even tried to pair with older firefox between v11-15 still no luck. Reset and safe mode not working as well...

Please help me...

Thanks in advance

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
  2. Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.

Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately, problem persists, I noticed there are two other profile when I restored the data from mozbackup, I tried to delete the other two profile, still no luck.

This is going to be annoying, firefox kept asking for certificate permission from me, facebook page only shows basic text+link. I told you I tried to reset, reinstall java 7 update 7, switching firefox version v11-15 and safe mode, no luck.
