Somoto is appearing in about:config
Hello!
Recently I found my newtab was hijacked by Bigseekpro. That means when I opened a new tab a strange search engine called Bigseekpro appeared. The problem was a strange toolbar. After deinstalling that toolbar in safe-mode, the problem was solved. However, when I looked in the config of firefox I notticed there were some strange entries; all starting with Somoto. After doing a bit of research I found that Somoto is a kind of malware. Yet I don't notice anything strange anymore to FireFox, but still I'm a bit nervous...
Do the entries Somoto in about:config cause any problems or are they not harmfull when my BigSeekPro isn't appearing anymore as search engine while opening a new tab?

That looks quite invasive.
Do these prefs return if you reset them via the right-click context menu and close and restart Firefox ?

You can right click such a pref and choose reset if that pref is bold (user set) to set the pref to its default value.
See also for a possible user.js file that adds prefs:
So that means Somoto in about:config isn't harmfull?
Which pref(s) do you see on the about:config page that have Somoto in it ?
In my about:config apears a list of somotoVar's and other Somoto things like on the picture included.

Thanks! Now they're gone. I suppose it's gone for now.
Happy easter and many thanks!
