Hi there! Oftentimes (but not all the time) when I am switching between windows on my Mac (so swiping with three fingers to the left or right), Firefox freezes. The very top of the screen near the search bar will turn partly black, the computer will automatically switch between windows, and my cursor will turn into a spinning circle. I have to switch to a non-Firefox window, wait, and switch back to Firefox to change it. This only happens with Firefox. Any advice?

Can you update to the current version and see if it works better?

The Task Manager is the most reliable method of closing stuck apps. To open it, press Ctrl + Shift +Esc. In the simple view, click an app and choose End task to close it. If you're using the full Task Manager view, click an app name on the Processes tab and choose End task to force-close an app

Thank you! To clarify, I'm looking for a way to ensure this doesn't happen, because it is destroying my productivity and flow when working.
