Cookies have an expiration date, so it might not be possible to recover/restore the cokies you are after. Cookies that persist across a session are stored in the cookies.sqlite database in the Firefox profile folder. Session cookies that are purged at the end of the session are never stored in the profile folder. You would need an older backup copy of cookies.sqlite to see if you can recover that old session.
You can use the button on the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page (Root directory).
- Help -> More Troubleshooting Information -> Profile Folder/Directory:
Windows: Open Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data

Sync doesn't provide backup it only sync data back and forth and if password changes data is erased when login to firefox sync account.
Thanks a lot for your notice and answering.

Thanks a lot for your notice and response. I have opened the profile folder (AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\c0gm8hb3.default-release-1-1639773496360) there is a cookies.sqlite file. What should I do with it now?
