Can you tell me what to do to fix firefox and netflix? For several days now firefox will not play videos on netflix.
I get a message saying firefox is loading a fix for the videos on Netflix. For several days now. Since I'm paying for Netflix, I am going to stop using Firefox if a fix is not in the works soon. I am not tech-savvy so please don't tell me to do anything complicated. Someone please help! I have a Windows 7 Pro 64-bit laptop.

I don't know if this is a real update. Stop it from running for now.

It's a black screen with the note at the top. That's all there is. Does anyone out there know what's up with that? It works in Chrome.
And the note says it's doing a fix? I don't use Netflix, you will have to wait for someone who does.
