I have done all the troubleshooting i know- i have them as an allowed site, i cleared cache, history and cookies, i tried to add the ebates button in Firefox Safe Mode and it SEEMED to work as it said 'now installed'- it wasn't. whether i click the toolbar or go through ebates site, it refreshes as IF its linking and then goes back to red as failed to link. What else can i try?

The System Details list next to the question shows the Ebates Cash Back 4.13.0.0 extension.

Are you referring to this extension?

yes, i install it from there. it says installed, restart Firefox.....and the button doesn't work. i don't understand why a site is blocked if i have TOLD firefox to allow it in Security settings.

If the button isn't working then there might be a problem with the extension in the current release.

Are there any error messages from this extension in the Web Console ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Web Developer)?

Don't do this until you are sure;

Install an older version of Firefox {web link} Be sure to read everything here.

If you still want to downgrade, look under "I still want to downgrade" Click the Directory of other versions and languages link Look for the directory of the version that you want. But remember that old versions may have security issues.

I am experiencing a problem connecting the "E" Cash Back icon to Firefox. I have contacted Ebates and was advised that Security should set at "medium." Having said that, there is no scale setting for same in Options. No problem connecting to Ebates via Internet, just getting a good connection to click upon to enable to "cash back" function. HELP?!
