For instance I have a podcast website that has been loading for 20 minutes now. If I am downloading an application that is 80 MB it's telling me 30 minutes. My internet service is T-mobile, speed 65 mbs.

hello, could you go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum? this might give us a clue what is going on...

Thanks Phillip, appreciate your attention to the matter...

thank you, nothing is really standing out there. could you try the following things though:

  • you're on quite old nvidia hardware. could you go into the list of installed programs in your system control panel and see if you have an entry named "nvidia forceware network access manager" there? if so please uninstall that, as it has caused quite an amount of issues in regards to firefox in the past.
  • go to the firefox menu ≡ > options > advanced > network > connection - settings... panel and set up firefox to directly connect to the internet ('no proxy').
  • if the two steps from above didn't help (or didn't apply) please try to create a new firefox profile and see if the issue is reproducible there as well: Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles

Tried all of this...no change.

Reinstalled my O.S last night.

This morning my downloads run at about 20kbs, tried to update adobe flash and the installation fails every time.

I try loading the yahoo page it take about 3 minutes.

I can't even access the add-ons page for Mozilla.

Also it takes longer to access the edit on post here than it does for me to load a page on facebook...

Note: 4 days ago this was not a problem.

Have no idea what to do...
