I am unable to send emails to Hotmail accounts. I receive the following error message when trying to do so.

SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<[email protected]> SIZE=3557:

host mx2.hotmail.com [65.55.92.136]: 550 SC-001 (SNT004-MC1F46) Unfortunately, messages from 122.201.94.116 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

I have been able to access the blocklist from my Profile Folder but am unsure on what process to take from here or even if I am going in the right direction.

FYI - I am unable to send emails to any Hotmail email addresses not just one specific address.

Thanks

It says contact your provider to get off Hotmail black list. Have you done that? This has nothing to do with Thunderbird.
