Is there another setting for sending (timeout) because I have to click the send button sometimes 10 times to send email

When trying to send email it pops up with the attached error. I click 10 more times and it might work. Mosten I save the message, exit Thunderbird then reopen the draft message and try to send again. I think more or less with the new version of Thunderbird (feels like in the past 6 month)

o you have an form of anti virus, firewall or other edge security that may be interfering with the sending of mail?

Thanks for getting back to me. No Antivirus, Yes a firewall but no restrictions out, it works most of the time. But once I get the msg in the screenshot, I get it 5 times and then it sends. Something with a timeout. I think I can I turn on debugging. I will do that next time it happens, maybe it will reveal something. The thing is, the error comes up in a 1-2seconds, not like 30 seconds or so.
