authentifaction failed
I have just updated my windows 10 to windows 11, and this has effected by email logins every time I login in now it says authentication login failed, and asks for a pass word, but I do not know this pass word

Account 1 looks ok. account 6 is definately messy and was added manually hence all the errors. Those details would not be stored in any configuration database. So there is no way that account should be receiving any emails. As it is numbered '6', it would seem you or someone with access to your computer has been trying to add that additional email address or others and removing them 3,4,and 5 have been previously removed.
To help us understand what is going on. Post a images of:
- Your Folder Pane where you see your folders.
- Right click on mail account name in Folder Pane and Select 'Settings'. Post image of this 'Account Settings' window.
I wondered if TB was losing track and creating new mail account folders.
Please supply this information:
In Thunderbird
- Help > Troubleshooting Information
- click on 'Show folder' button
a new window opens showing the contents of your Profile folder name, usually called 'xxxxxxx.default' where the x's are letters and numbers.
- click on 'Mail' folder.
You will see a list of pop mail accounts including 'Local Folders'.
- Post an image showing contents of 'Mail' folder.
hello, I just wanted to say thank you for all your help, but I have now got some one in to look at my pc, as I seem to be getting no where slowly and as I work from home, I really need this problem fixed. thanks for all your help
