Hi Saffire

Are you using Firefox for iOS in Canada, Austria, New Zealand or Australia (i'm in Canada just curious!)?

There shouldn't be an issue with cookies.

Please help us help you by supplying more details:

  1. It's a bit strange that you see problems on our iPhone5C. I've tested iPhone5S, and 6 without a problem!What version of iOS? ios 8 or 9?
  2. Which websites are giving you problems with cookies? What exactly did you do, what happened and what did you expect?
  3. Do these websites work in Safari?

Cheers!

I cannot find a link within Firefox where cookies can be turned on. I'm hoping to use Firefox in place of Saffire on an iPad as well as iPhone 5s I'm trying to activate the account for both devices.

Hi jmonty:

Please don't ask questions in other people's question threads next time because it makes it more difficult for us to help you. We try to help 1 person per question to make it easier to track things.

Anyhow I'd give you the same answer as I gave saffire:

  1. Which websites are giving you problems with cookies? What exactly did you do, what happened and what did you expect?
  2. Do these websites work in Safari?
  3. You wrote: "I'm trying to activate the account for both devices." What kind of account are you referring to? Perhaps a Firefox account? Or some other kind of account?

Cheers!

oh and for the record, cookies are ON by default in Firefox for iOS

if you want to turn cookies OFF, then use private browsing: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/private-browsing-firefox-ios
