I've SEARCHED and SEARCHED and SEARCHED for this answer and all I can find is that stupid paragraph that tells me nothing. My answer is quite simple:

How do you download the realplayer add-on?

Not fix it, not check it, not look for updates, not "I'm having problems with it" just good 'ole "how do you install it? That's it. Been searching for an hour. NOT THERE.

Clicked on "was this helpful?" hit NO and the answer was, "Sorry about that."

My wish is that you encounter the exact same thing on a question you need answered... seven times.

The RealPlayer plug-in is installed along with RealPlayer. It can be downloaded from its publisher's site.

You can download it by clicking the Features link at the top, then the Free Download button near the bottom (this may change if the site design is updated).
