I routinely use PDF Complete to print & email packing slips to my warehouse. Since the last update, my PDF Complete no longer works, and instead gives me a blank document. Bullzip PDF has the same issue. However both PDF programs will work in Internet Explorer. Please, please don't make me go back to using Internet Explorer!

Are these virtual printer drivers? In other words, you print to them, and you get a blank PDF?

I'm not sure whether the problem is the printing part, or the page layout part. If you use Print Preview, does it appear that Firefox will print content or is that blank as well?

By the way, in case you didn't see this article during the question/suggestion process: Fix printing problems in Firefox.

If instead of being printer drivers these are extensions that work from inside Firefox, could you check them for possible updates? To see whether Firefox can find them, open the Add-ons page using either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Extensions. Above the list, click the "gear" button then "Check for Updates".

But for externally installed extensions, you might need to check with the publisher.

I went into Firefox help, troubleshooting info, and re-set Firefox to it's default state. That seems to have worked. Keeping my fingers crossed! Thank you for the assistance!
