I have told you several times that I am not getting my email. Please fix it!!!

For several weeks I have not been getting the emails being sent to me by friends and family, etc. I have advised you of this before but no results. I have no idea what the problem is. Don't answer me by email unless this is fixed, because I won't get your email.

edit: removed your mail address from public display, since the only thing it will attract are spam bots. (philipp)

Does your mail service provider offer an online interface to view your mail in a web browser? If so, can you spot any pattern in the messages that come through to Thunderbird and those that do not, or do no messages come through to Thunderbird?
