I'm having issues with My Thunderbird. When I create sub folders in Thunderbird they sync with my office 365 Outlook web app but when I close Thunderbird and open it again they are gone! I have my account linked up using IMAP and I am running Windows XP.

Hi Ralphy2011, Have you subscribed to all of the folders? http://it.ucmerced.edu/get-help/guide.../thunderbird-windows
