Hello, my Windows Vista laptop has been very old, but it has never had any problem running firefox before.

The programme consistently crashes and I could not manage to open it at all, not even in safemode. I have tried to solve the problem by deleting user profile, but it did not work.

The Crash ID: bp-222a1d57-7f21-40f4-976c-1cd6a2140102

Boot into windows safe mode and see if the problem continues, if it does not....... Another program is causing the crash and the program may need to be uninstalled.
