Newest FF upgrade knocks Roboform out, again...

This happens every single time FF forces an upgrade.

I can't suggest a specific solution, but I do know it's repetitive, annoying, and difficult to fix.

Reinstalled the newest version of Roboform, checked the box to install the toolbar into FF and NOTHING.

I will really detest hearing any suggestion to contact Roboform, they didn't change their version recently, and when they do the toolbar continues working just fine until FF rolls to a new version.

Under Add-Ins Roboform shows enable, but in my opinion FF 26 is not compatible with Roboform.

Why does this continue, version after version, FF is always behind. If you can figure this out every time there is a FF upgrade then why can't you apply a fix that keeps Roboform working prior to releasing every new version?

Considering that Roboform is consistently rated #1 in password management and security is such a big deal, I can't fathom why anyone would even consider releasing a new FF version without testing it with this software and others that are in use by the majority of FF users.

This is the kind of issue that can make otherwise loyal FF users seriously think of jumping ship.

Not mad, just expecting a more professional and businesslike approach to rolling out new, compatible versions.

Posting this using Chrome.

Took FF 26 off, not finding an easy way to use FF 25 until this is fixed.

I don't use RoboForm, but we've had very few posts about problems in Firefox 26. I think one user said that it was disabled at startup, and they had to go into the Add-ons page and re-enable it after starting Firefox. Is that what you were finding before you uninstalled Firefox (if you uninstalled it??).

Mozilla does announce the Firefox release schedule months in advance so that add-on makers are aware of it. During the six-week beta test phase, documentation is created showing what is changing. However, there may occasionally be last minute changes that catch add-on makers by surprise. One hopes these are minor and do not lead to serious issues, but unless RoboForm points out a specific problem created by Mozilla, I guess we don't really know.

This is critical to fix. Firefox 26 is not compatible with Roboform on my computers either, both of them are broken. Firefox is too buggy so I just switched my browser default to chrome. Please let us know when a fix is available.

I asked Roboform support about this and they provided this suggestion. It fixed the issue. I don't recall ever seeing Roboform listed as a "Toolbar" before, but that seems to have done the trick.
