When Are You Going To Fix All The Flash Issues???????
Firefox has been completely dysfunctional for 6 months now due to flash issues. Nothing helps. No recommendations on your site works. It is crucial that flash is 100% reliable in your browser or your browser is useless. Everyone, including all of you know of all the problems with firefox and flash. I have been a firefox user for years but I am utterly sick of all the problems. I am ready to toss it aside and switch to chrome as many others have already done. Do you ever plan to fix all of your flash issues, and if so when? Another flipping plugin is not the answer. Mozilla needs to actually fix it themselves IN THE THEIR MOZILLA/FIREFOX PROGRAMMING as chrome has done. Is that what you are going to do, or do I just need to permanently say goodbye to firefox?

Is it crashing, slow? Please do understand we are volunteers and not mozilla employees.
Yes, Flash constantly crashes and has been for months. It works just fine in Chrome. No it is not slow. I have a top of the line HP laptop and no other issues except for Flash in Firefox. I just completely removed Firefox and reinstalled it and it immediately started doing the same thing without any addins, etc. You might work for free for Mozilla but who is lining their pockets with all the millions of dollars of advertising revenue??????? They are the ones that need to get of their flipping rearends and fix their product. This has been completely and utterly ridiculous for months!! Do they not take any responsibility for the dysfunctionality of their product??? I'm ready to ditch Firefox for good!!!
No, done it all many times. It's of absolutely no use. Just another means for the useless managers/techs at Mozilla to keep from having to do their flipping jobs.
Yes, also been through that many times as well. I've been through all the help info. IT'S TIME FOR MOZILLA TO REPLY TO THIS POST. All others are wasting their time and mine.
Have you disabled protected mode (adobe for some reason only injects this "mode" into firefox)
