backup firefox from windows 7 laptop to new windows 8 laoptop

i used a laptop which operates by windows 7 i installed firefox, i have settings, bookmarks, addons and other personas.

now i bought a new laptop which have windows 8 I want to move all my settings, bookmarks, addons and personas to the new laptop without loosing a single thing.
