I have Firefox 18 on a laptop with Windows XP and by default, when I open a link, it always opens in a new tab (page). Examples are when I enter a subject in the Search field; when I click on an item in the results of a Google search; when I click on a link on any page. But when I installed Firefox 18 on my new Lenovo Tablet 2, opening a link does not open in a new page unless I hold down the CTRL key. How do I get the same effect that I have on my XP laptop?

hello tony, check the "Open each selected result in a new browser window" option in google's search settings: http://www.google.com/preferences
