First, update to Firefox 14.0.1. Then, try to Reset Firefox. Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
Is that a message coming from the Facebook website or from some software (Firefox extension) on your computer?
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
(note that a reset might not fix issues caused by corrupted cookies)
