Pull-down menu activation makes FF vanish from the screen--no freeze, just poof! Pls help!
When I try to buy something from a 'shopping cart' with pull-down option, as soon as I click on the pull-down button, FF disappears. No error message, just crashes.

Try to update RoboForm to the latest 7.7.4 version.
