my firefox will not save in pdf format? why? any help would be greatly appreciated
i receive a file in pdf format, when i say file save as it wants to save the web address, and not in pdf format.

Are you downloading or opening the .pdf file? If Firefox is using a plugin to display it, I would not really expect it to do that. Can you not download the .pdf file from the URL, if Firefox used a plugin?
