Confirm that you are not a robot by entering the text from the image. I dont see any code in letters...I just see a blank screen there.

When I try to setup the sync, I dont any code to put in to prove that I am not a Robot. I am using FF 9.0.1. Any suggestions....or Just stop using FF. I did not get any resolution for my previous quires too.....

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
