Hi josiebops, Try going to ''Tools > Add-ons'' or hitting ''CTRL + SHIFT + A''. This will bring up the Add-on manager. Go to the ''Extensions'' tab and see if Evernote has actually been installed. You might want to see if it's been disabled and check the preferences, if it has any. You might want to look at the Knowledge Base article [[Customizing Firefox with add-ons]] as well. There is a lot of good information in there. Hopefully this helps!
