In the "More system details" for your post, it shows an older Flash player. There are two Flash player plugins: one for Internet Explorer that uses ActiveX technology, and one for Firefox and other browsers that do not use ActiveX. To update the plugin for Firefox, you can download from a page that lets you specify the browser: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Hopefully that will work this time. ---- Check out the direct link in the post above.
