被選擇的解決方法

-> Do a MALWARE check with these Malware Scanning programs. You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. Make sure that you UPDATE each program to get the latest version of their Databases before doing a Scan. Also, Close All other Applications (softwares) before Starting to Run Scans.

There are also specialized forums for Malware Removal such as those listed below, where you might be able to get more help:

Check and tell if its working.

Hi tibbar,

I have just read the additional comments in your system details. I hope you can understand the thorough answer mha007 has posted above.

Links,
The blue text strings are clickable links, click or double click with your mouse, or right click and select a suitable option.

Copy & Paste
Copying is probably self explanatory, pasting is inserting that copy somewhere. Historically from when a paper text was cut with scissors, and then glued in place with paste in another location. In windows as an example,

  1. open one of these reply boxes and start typing some words, any nonsense will do you do not need to post it
  2. use Ctrl + A
    • that is hold keyboard key Control down and then press A
    • it is a standard action in Windows, the key shortcut Selects all the text
  3. use Ctrl + C this copies the text (selected above)
    • it copies it to a computer location often referred to as the clipboard, again for historic reasons.
  4. use Ctrl + P this pastes the clipboard contents into the box at the mouse cursor position.
    • you now have mastered copying and pasting with keyboard shortcuts, congratulations !
    • if for instance you used Ctrl + L then Ctrl + P immediately afterwards that would paste the text, which remains in the clipboard until overwritten or cleared, into the new mouse pointer location, which is now the Location Bar of Firefox. (or IE)

Crash reports Crash ID bp-eab92d52-e485-1489-a5ae-011562110925

This is preceded by the letters bp and a hyphen, that indicates your computer did submit, or try to submit a crash report, but it does not seem to have registered within the last week. It may help if you again type in about:crashes into the location bar (shortcut Ctrl + L or just click on it) click on the recent crash report links, that should ensure they attempt to submit again. Copy and paste a couple of the new ones into your reply, using your new skills, it may possibly help give a clue to the specific cause of your crash.

If Firefox crashes before you are able to use about:crashes then please have a look at:

Presumably you do not have any software called IDvault on your computer, that is a frequent cause of crashes at present.

Presumably you have already managed to locate and readfirefox crashes and the articles linked from that.

Don't be afraid to ask if replies are too complicated to understand, we all have to learn somewhere, make mistakes, and continue to learn as we use computers. I very recently abbreviated a reply so much that it would not have made sense, and someone else had to clarify it by stating plugins need to be separately disabled or installed. (that may be the next thing you will be learning about in trying to solve this problem)

Hi there. Many thanks guys for your help. I updated my Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware software and did a full scan. 45minutes later it had found 4 'infections' which it had quarantined. After removing them and restarting the laptop, ALL IS WELL! Firefox is back, up and running as before.

Thanks again for your assistance, Charlie
