More information. This morning, after waiting for a long time I got an error message from Foxnews.com that the page name was in error and showed some links to some news stories. Tried two of the Foxnews.com links and they worked.

The error message is:

Page Not Found

The page you are looking for has either moved or is no longer available, but you may be interested in the content below.

So it looks like its the main page that causes the problem and it may be a Foxnews.com web site problem?

Still not working this morning so I tried "private browsing" and that worked.

So I tried two things and the second one fixed it, at least for now.

So first clear your cache. See "Tools", "Clear Recent History" and check the details to make sure you only clear "Cache" and whatever else you want cleared. I only cleared the cache.

But I didn't see "Clear recent history" I thought I could only do it in "Options". So I did it through "Tools", "Options", "Advanced", "Network" tab then under "Network Storage" click the "Clear Now" button.

So try and see if that works.

Otherwise I tried clearing all of the Foxnews cookies first. But that didn't seem to help by itself. So only clear them out if you have to. And add a comment here so other people know if they need to do both.

Thanks, but I'm not even getting those error messages - just keeps trying to connect. No problem connecting to same page with internet explorer.

Thanks bonnsoft!! I now have my fav homepage back--FoxNews.com! For 2 days I wondered what was wrong--kept getting the same error message "Page not found. The page you are looking for has either moved or is no longer available, but you may be interested in the content below." So I scroogle scraped the problem and found this page. I tried the second suggestion from bonnsoft--"Tools", Options", "Advanced", "Network tab", and then Clear Now" button. It took a few minutes of waiting to clear cache, but now my home page is back & I am soooo happy! I wonder, could this be political?
