attachments can not be opened by receiving party

I have had this problem before. Some things just can't be used by other browsers. Apparently, Firefox could not open this attachment so I went back to IE and tried it and it worked. So, it's just a matter of a certain browser not being able to identify with certain attachments, in my opinion. Hoped this helped you.
