Thanks Alan. But it is still the same,d/load window ok, run window ok, install back to Chinese. www.mozilla.com/zh-CN this is on all the servers

You seem to have missed the very specific reply from Xircal -

"Looks like a browser redirect. This is a direct download link to the English language installation file:
