Why doesn't firefox ask to save multiple tabs when you attempt to close the browser anymore?

When you have more than one tab open, and you go to close the browser, the recent firefox would ask to save the opened tabs. This firefox 4 does not.

Is this functionality still available, maybe waiting to be activated in the Options section?

It was brilliant and really handy to know that you could get back to your unfinished business on old tabs. But it seems thats impossible with firefox 4.
