Ctrl+left-click is not always the same as middle-click

more options

Ctrl-click is supposed to open a new tab, but this doesn't always happen. For instance in a YouTube channel, middle-clicking a video in the sidebar (or right-clicking and selecting New Tab) opens the video in a new tab, but ctrl-clicking opens it in the current tab. Is there any fix for this?

Those links are JavaScript links (according to Stylish), that don't work respond the same as regular hyperlinks.

I have a userstyle installed in Firefox that adds a "J" to the cursor "hand" on most JavaScript links, and that tells me that I need to middle-click those links - cause {Ctrl + Click} won't work.

I figured it was a javascript thing. Still, it seems odd that middle-click works, since there's a proper URL, and not ctrl-click.

Thanks for the link, it installs nicely as a userscript.
