I paid for 100GB which was good. I was offered a trial period for Gemini which is about to expire and do not want to subscribe. Can I have my 100Gb which I already paid for back? Can you restore the 100GB back since I already paid for it?

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox but is something that the Google support team should be able to help you with.
From https://one.google.com/about/plans the Help links to https://support.google.com/googleone/ and if you cancel then see https://support.google.com/googleone/answer/2736362 for your restrictions.
Otherwise not sure why you posted asking for help here when it it is not related to the Firefox web browsers or Mozilla.
