Browsing with Firefox
I have Google Chrome installed and I have now installed Firefox. When I try to browse in Firefox I am directed back to the Google Chrome browser. However the website that I am trying to reach won't work properly with Google Chrome which is why I need to use Firefox. What should I do?

Hi,
Can you attach a video showcasing this issue?
It's possible you still have Chrome set as your default browser. To change this you can go into settings (about:preferences) and under 'General -> Startup' you should have the option to set it to your default browser.
If this isn't an option appearing there then please open up 'default apps' on windows, search for 'firefox' and then click on the first result. On there you will be able to click 'make firefox your default browser'.

Do you mean you launch Firefox using its desktop shortcut it closes and Chrome appears instead? Or when you get to the website it says you can't use Firefox and you need to use Chrome instead? Or something else.
