Hi I would really appreciate any help as I am at my wit's end. Until yesterday I could use Firefox normally on a Windows 10 computer. But since today, all websites have failed to load, and I get a PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR message on the screen. However, other browsers seem to have no problem (I'm writing this using Chrome). I have already tried all the possible solutions listed here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-cant-load-websites-other-browsers-can to no avail. I tried connecting to another network, and it still failed to load any website and kept returning the same error message. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox, and the problem remains the same. I am a huge supporter of the browser and would hate switching to another option, but I do not see what else I can do to solve the problem. Thanks in advance!
