Today I installed The Firefox app on my iPad. I want the Firefox home page on my iPad to be the same as the Firefox home page on my Acer laptop. Why when I signed in to Firefox on my iPad, the home page for Firefox is not synchronised to be the same as that on my laptop? Why does Firefox make thing so difficult? I’m not a computer technical expert.

Hi

Firefox for iOS is optimised for touchscreen devices to make using Firefox to search the web and get back to what you were looking at previously easier. As a result the home screen experience is very different.

My shortcuts are now in 4 rows; originally 2 rows. Unfortunately they are in no apparent order. Some shortcuts don’t even have a description, just a letter on the shortcut. This is very unsatisfactory. In Firefox favourites on my Acer laptop, they are all listed in alphabetical order with a description. I’m not even certain if the 4 rows contain all my favourites, or where to find those not listed.

I’ve wasted so much time on this, I have to look at using another browser on my Ipad.

Any suggestions to overcome the above mentioned problems?

Thank You! PM
