Hi, is this a problem on a specific website you are using in Firefox, or a problem in the separate Thunderbird email program?
If this problem is in Firefox, could you describe the problem in more detail -- for example, which email site is it? Are you composing the message using a Firefox feature such as "Email Link" or starting the message inside the site?
