I cannot send or receive emails since thunderbird updated to version 78, I have checked the solutions and security tls was already set to 1. It is still not working what can I do now.

The error message is: Connect error 10061.

also disable AntiVirus(AV)/SecuritySuit(SS) software's "mail-protection" option only , if it does not have a sub-option to add EXCEPTIONS . if it has option to add Exception inside "mail-protection" , then do not disable "mail-protection", just add IMAP/POP3 & SMTP, etc mail-servers into the EXCEPTION list . and, make sure AV/SS has this/similar option enabled: Scan files on access. and, do the other instructions (related to AV/FW/SS) shown here (part-3 & part-4).

as mentioned earlier , again check you have correct mail-server settings.
