I just upgraded to TB 78.3.1 (Ubuntu 18.04.5) and have been trying to import my GPG keys that I used on TB 68 with Enigmail. Regardless of whether I use the Enigmail 2.2.x migration wizard or try to manually import my private keys, I run into the same issue: TB doesn't recognize my key passphrase, even though I just used the same passphrase to unlock my key in GPG. TB doesn't even say that the key is incorrect, the dialog box just pops up again... Any ideas on how to fix this?

Are you using an offline primary OpenPGP key? If so, this isn't supported yet by TB78. However, you can treat offline keys like keys on Smartcards. You can't import them into Thunderbird, but you can use them via gpgme. https://wiki.mozilla.org/Thunderbird:OpenPGP:Smartcards
