Today I am observing some odd behaviour with the restart and not now buttons for update. The dialog is clearly still supposed to be visible, however is is more of a graphics artifact.

Click on the windows task bar, change pages and the buttons disappear. once they appear they appear in every tab. To make them appear, move the mouse over them. I am assuming that a Firefox restart will fix the issue and do the requested update. I am making the report because this should not happen with professionally developed software. Firefox should be past the odd graphics glitches of the past.

Hi Matt

You are running the Firefox 70 Nightly build and with this unstable version there can always be some glitches that might be fixed during the next days. You can check out the daily threads at the mozillaZine Builds forum.

I have marked this thread a solved, because I have no desire to pursue it. A restart cleared the oddity.

Does it not strike you as odd however that your referring me to mozillazine, an unrelated entity to discuss daily builds of a Mozilla product away from an Official Mozilla site.

Perhaps this is indicative of the schizophrenic nature of Mozilla that they don't have such infrastructure themselves.
