After android upgrade to 9 pages hang and settings selections are grayed out
I am unable to exit with back arrow, Will not allow me to check request desktop site. settings choices are grayed out, When I hit help the browser hangs and does not connect, It is unusable as it stands. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem persists.
