Cant enter text on google search

Hi,

When I go to the google website, the exact url is

https://www.google.co.uk/#cns=1

It wont let me enter any text in the search field. For about a second the cursor is there, and then it just vanishes so I am unable to enter anything at all.

Does anyone know what a fix might be ? Firefox says its upto date

Update.

I ran CCleaner and cleared cookies etc and now it's working again.

Yes it's only google.co.uk

I tried bing.com and that was fine

Update.

I ran CCleaner and cleared cookies etc and now it's working again.
