Thanks, Pkshadow, but it did not fix the problem.

So reinstalling or downloading a full version updates for your Video Card Drivers did nothing, is that what you did ? As it is the only way to fix your Video Card Errors.

Please try a Refresh but Note that this does more than uninstalling and re-installing does. Normal uninstalling does not remove some preferences which may have become corrupt. Please Refresh but do this 1st:

Sorry, I did the Audio Card driver. I just tried updating the video card driver and was told it is up to date. Should I uninstall and then try to download or should I find the driver and do a download? How would I do a "refresh"?

OK. I did a refresh after saving my bookmarks and profile. I got the bookmarks restored but even though I am the administrator, I keep getting a message saying I need administrator approval to copy the old profile into the new file. How do I restore the profile?

Well, I got the profile restored by taking the UAC to zero so I could finally copy the old files into the new folder. So now it is all done and I STILL do not get audio after the commercials run and the program resumes. I get the video and the circling arrow as if it is still loading. The arrow also shows during the commercials, but I get audio with them. The only way to restore the audio with the video is to refresh the site, which is what I was doing before..... So thanks, Pkshadow, but no help, just about 4 hours of frustration. :) Any more ideas?
