Hi markg143, I think your problem isn't about Firefox in particular, but it is with you PC settings! what you need to do is changing the default mail program in your windows 10 settings, by doing the following : 1- In the search bar search for Default App Settings. 2- once open, search for Mail and select the program you wish to make default ( in your case Outlook) Hope this will work for you :)
